As a former football player, I knew what it felt like to train with purpose every rep mattered, every session had structure. But once the seasons ended, that structure vanished. I was still wired for performance, but my body was breaking down. Aches, tight hips, nagging achilles pain, and the constant cycle of hamstring injuries and rehab was my norm. I felt I was losing part of my identity.
Pure Intent Fitness is for former athletes like me, the ones who still have the drive, but need a smarter, more intentional way forward. I bring together strength training, athletic movement, and performance-focused nutrition habits to help you rebuild from the ground up.
With a BS in Therapeutic Studies, an AS in Athletic Training, and certifications from NASM, Pre-Script, and Precision Nutrition, I coach with a focus on movement quality, long-term strength, and lasting results both in-person across Northern California and online through structured, personalized coaching.
This isn’t about chasing your past. It’s about moving forward and getting back to the version of you that was always there.
I provide both In person coaching for most anyone and Online Coaching for former athletes.
Absolutely. Online coaching gives you a personalized program, expert guidance, and accountability all without being tied to a specific location or schedule. At Pure Intent Fitness, we don’t just send workouts. We build a system around you: training, nutrition, and mindset. Everything is tracked, adjusted, and delivered with purpose.
We build your program based on what you have access to, whether that’s a full gym, a garage setup, or a few dumbbells and bands. The key isn’t the gear it’s how you use it. And we’ll make sure every movement has intent, even with minimal equipment.
Definitely. In fact, that’s one of the reasons Pure Intent Fitness exists. As a former athlete myself, I understand how pain can hold you back. That’s why we focus on movement quality, stability, and proper progression. We’ll meet your body where it’s at and rebuild from there.
You’ll have weekly check-ins, direct messaging access, and detailed video feedback. Whether it’s a question about form, nutrition, or just needing some motivation I’ve got you covered. This isn’t a one-way street. It’s coaching, with real support behind it.
